Hi! My name is Carley and I’m the owner of The Lou Charcuterie. When I first discovered charcuterie, I knew I wanted to bring my own flare to the scene in the St. Louis area. It all started with my love of cheese. When I found out about charcuterie boards, I started making them for fun and it quickly became a hobby of mine. Creating boards for family and friends, made me realize that I wanted to share these creations with even more people. I’m also lucky to have my Dad make beautiful wooden boards for me. I love being able to have fun and be creative with each board that I create, whether it’s my own or a custom order to bring new ideas to life.
